ABOUT THIS eBOOK

This eBook is designed to help you get familiarized with Passariello’s. We want you to understand how we do business and how important you are in helping us achieve our goals and commitment to take care of our Guests and making this a fun and rewarding place to work. The policies stated in this eBook may change periodically. We’ve done our best to include as much information as possible in an easy-to-understand manner.


This eBook is NOT a contract of employment. Nothing in this eBook is intended to confer any rights or privileges upon you or to entitle you to be or remain employed by Passariello’s. Your employment with Passariello’s is “at will.” Employment-at-will allows employment with Passariello’s to be at the sole and exclusive option of Passariello’s. No binding promises or guarantees of permanent or specific-term employment can be made to any employee by anyone, except by way of a written contact signed by the President of Passariello’s specifying a term of employment. You may terminate your employment with Passariello’s at any time and for any reason. Likewise, Passariello’s may terminate your employment with or without cause at any time and for any reason.


The terms of your employment, documents you have received, handouts, eBooks and manuals are not contracts of employment. Any policy, procedure or benefit outlined in any documents, handout, eBook or manual is for informational purposes and may be modified at any time, for any reason, with or without advance notice.


This eBook shall replace ANY and ALL previous employee eBooks effective October 2025. Nothing in this eBook or in any other personnel document, including benefit pan descriptions, creates or is intended to create a promise or representation of continued employment for any employee. The employee eBook is no intended to be and shall not be considered all inclusive. This employee eBook is also not to be a substitute for the good judgment, common sense and discretion of Company personnel.

TRIAL PERIOD


The first 90 days of your employment with Passariello’s Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen is considered a probationary period, in which your performance, conduct, and contribution will be closely observed, and during which time the Company or you may terminate the employment relationship at will, with no further obligations. Regardless, at all times employment is AT WILL meaning that your employment can be terminated with or without cause, and with or without notice at any time, at the option of either Passariello’s, your General Manager, or yourself, except otherwise provided by law.
