We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our Passariello’s Family. We are pleased that you have been selected to join one of the most fascinating restaurants in the industry.
We take great pride in our staff, our product, our operations, decor, level of quality, and the hospitality that we provide our guests and especially in the essential element of any great operation—you—our staff, without which the goals of Passariello’s could not be attained.
As with any successful Company, our success has been largely due to the untiring efforts, commitment, loyalty, hard work and dedicated efforts of all of our staff. It makes no difference whether you are a busser, prep cook, sauté cook, dishwasher or manager. Passariello’s depends upon each individual’s contribution.
We are in the “people business” - the hospitality industry. Knowledge, skill, communication, cooperation, and “common sense” are some of the key elements of the success in our business. Combining these abilities with pride, courtesy, respect, and a genuine sense of caring about our guests and each other, will enable our restaurants to provide each and every guest with the highest degree of quality and consistency in both product and service.
