EMPLOYEE SEPARATION PROCEDURES
The Company requests that employees who choose to terminate their employment, provide written notice to their supervisors stating their last date of employment and the reason for leaving. A TWO WEEK notice of resignation is requested. While the decision to begin the employment relationship is consensual, the same is not always true when the time comes to terminate the employment relationship. As an at-will employer, the Company may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. It is the employees responsibility to furnish the Company with current mailing address and contact information.
VOLUNTARY TERMINATION
May be considered voluntary if the employee; resigns from the Company, fails to return from an approved leave of absence or Workman’s Comp injury, absent without official notice: no call/no show; or failing o return the call to a supervisor inquiring about the absence.
INVOLUNTARY RESIGNATION
May be the results of poor performance, misconduct; or other violations of the Company’s rules of conduct.
