DRIVING HISTORY REPORT

With reasonable advance notice, Employees may view their employment file in the presence of their Manager. Passariello’s recognizes that proper management of information about Employees is an integral part of our basic belief and respect for the individual.


FRATERNIZATION POLICY

Passariello’s prohibits its Managers from dating and/or engaging in physical or otherwise intimate relations with non-management employees. Passariello’s also prohibits its General Managers from dating anyone in their direct line of supervision, both non-management and management. The objective is to be as fair and consistent as possible with all our Employees. To achieve that objective, we expect our Managers to have a professional relationship with all non-management and management employees. Intimate relationships can often be perceived as showing favoritism, and could possibly lead to claims of sexual harassment and/or retaliation.


If a Manager has a question about his or her relationship with non-management employees, that Manager should contact the Human Resources Department.
