PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS

At the end of six months of employment, Employees are eligible to receive a written performance review. Passariello’s will conduct a performance review of an Employee before or after the six month eligibility or whenever it believes a review will benefit an Employee.


The evaluation process provides both parties an opportunity to voice comments, concerns and make necessary changes to help the Employee perform at his or her most effective level. This evaluation, like all subsequent performance evaluations, will be a two-way conversation. Performance evaluations help Passariello’s make important decisions regarding job placements, and determine any necessary training and development. Please note that evaluation or reviews are not guarantees for base pay compensation increases or bonuses. Any rewards you achieve are based solely on merit and a person’s job performance and results. A successful performance evaluation does not change an Employee’s status as an Employee at-will.


EMPLOYEE PARKING

Since the parking conditions will differ at each location, Employees should review the Employee Parking requirement for their home Pizzeria with their Manager. If there is a designated Employee parking area, Employees must park in those designated spaces only. RVs, campers, boats and box vans are prohibited from parking on Company property. Vehicles cannot be left overnight. If an Employee fails to comply with the parking requirements, then the Employee may be held responsible for any fees, costs, fines or penalties paid for or assigned to Passariello’s as a result of that Employee’s improper parking. In addition, if an Employee violates this policy, the Employee may be subject to disciplinary action and/or immediate termination. Parking on Company property is at the sole risk of the Employee. Passariello’s assumes no liability for any damage or theft.
