OPEN DOOR POLICY

Passariello’s wants to hear from our Employees, your questions, comments and suggestions for improving Passariello’s and its operations are of great importance to us. Additionally, Passariello’s would like to hear from Employees if they have a concern about their job or other work related matter. No matter how minor you think it is. It is important to us.


“Open Door” means that any level of management at Passariello’s will be happy to speak with any Employee upon request. Employees are encouraged to handle any concerns through their direct Supervisor, if possible. If an Employee feels circumstances exist where they are unable to discuss a situation with their direct Supervisor, or if they are not able to reach a satisfactory solution at that level, the Employee should take their concern through the established management chain of command directly to Passariello’s Human Resources Department.


As discussed in Passariello’s Employee Conduct Policy, any concerns related to discrimination or harassment should be reported pursuant to the reporting procedures outlined in those policies.
