COMPANY PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING

0-30 hours - 2 shirts

30-40 hours - 3 shirts

40-50 hours - 4 shirts

50-60 hours - 5 shirts

Management reserves the right to make changes to this suggested amount of shirts.

SHOES

Flat, black slip resistant shoes are required. Socks are required.


PANTS

Pants must be long enough to reach the top of the shoe. Pants must always be clean and well-maintained. Employees that are required to wear solid black Chef pants as part of their uniform, must wear Company approved pants. Denim, shorts, capris, athletic pants, joggers and yoga pants are not to be worn.


BELT

All belts must be solid black without medallions.


SHIRTS

Passariello’s logo shirts must be worn. All shirts must be clean and well-maintained and free of stains. White undershirts must be worn under Chef jackets. Employees are not permitted to have exposed tattoos. Chef’s are required to wear long sleeve white shirts under jackets to enclose any tattoos. Driver’s must wear a black or white undershirt to cover exposed tattoos. Call Center employees must wear black long sleeve shirts to cover exposed tattoos.


APRONS

Company Logo issued aprons must be worn. Please pay attention to the condition of your apron throughout your shift. If you have excessive soil on your apron, ask the Manager for a change.


BALL CAPS

Employees that are required to wear ball caps must wear company issued or approved hats with logo.


Employees who do not follow specified uniform requirements or wear Company provided safety and sanitation equipment and clothing will not be allowed to work their shift, and may face further disciplinary action up to and including termination.
