RELIGIOUS REASONS

It is Passariello’s intent to reasonably accommodate the known religious observances and practices of Employees, while not imposing undue hardship on Passariello’s. Employees should submit a Time Off Request Form to their Manager if they need to take time away from work for religious reasons. Any such time away from work will be without pay. Employee leave requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the scheduled leave date.

BEREAVEMENT

Passariello’s cares about their Employees and family members during their time of loss. In the unfortunate event of a death in the family, three days of unpaid leave will be granted.

FAMILY AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Passariello’s cares about their Employees and family members, and with proper notice, all special requests for days off will be considered at the Manager’s discretion, while not imposing undue hardship on your Pizzeria.
