NO CALL / NO SHOW

An Employee who fails to show up for his or her scheduled shift and fails to inform a Manager of the absence is considered a “No Call / No Show” and may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate termination. Terminations under these circumstances may be considered voluntary resignations.

OVERTIME

Periodically, Employees may be asked to work beyond their normally scheduled hours or on a regularly scheduled day off. Depending on the needs of Passariello’s, Employees may be expected to work reasonable amounts of overtime. Employees will be paid overtime compensation in accordance with the applicable state and federal laws. Employees may not work overtime unless it has been approved in advance by a Manager. Employees who work overtime without prior authorization for that overtime may be subject to disciplinary action and/or immediate termination.

VACATIONS

Passariello’s does not have a paid vacation policy for hourly Employees. Any requests for unpaid days off should be presented to the Manager for consideration. Unpaid days off may be granted at the Manager’s discretion.

Employees should consider busy times and seasons when requesting days off or schedule changes. Employees must submit a Time Off Request Form at least two weeks prior to the scheduled leave date.
