WEATHER CONDITIONS

Passariello’s will comply with all applicable state and federal labor laws to provide hourly Employees with required breaks. Employees must take all legally required meal and break periods and failure to do so will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. All meal period requests must receive Manager approval. Other than cooks, you may NOT make your own food. Employees have to order their food like a guest would. Employees scheduled for morning shifts may eat during a break before the Pizzeria is busy, or after a shift is over. Employees scheduled for afternoon shifts should eat prior to their arrival, or before the start of their shift. Meal periods must be taken in designated break areas, as approved by management. Employees must present themselves appropriately during break—no lounging. No outside food is permitted in the Pizzeria. Hot Beverages (coffee and tea) are permitted in the Pizzeria, but cups must be free of logos or from other food / drink serving businesses. Make sure to bus your own table once you are done eating.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

It is the Employees’ responsibility to directly contact their Manager whenever there is a question regarding the Pizzeria closing as a result of weather or other conditions.
