Mandatory meetings are meetings in which management requires Employees’ attendance. Employees must clock in and out for these meetings. If an Employee fails to attend the mandatory meeting, they may face disciplinary action. Only management approved absences will be accepted. Daily pre-shift and occasional post-shift meetings are mandatory meetings, and will be a part of your day at Passariello’s.

SEVERANCE PAY

Passariello’s does not practice a policy of granting severance pay, whether the Employee is discharged by Passariello’s with or without cause, voluntarily leaves, and/or is laid off.
