Passariello’s utilizes the Guest Card system as the method to track a Guest’s order. Upon arrival, Guests are greeted and handed a Guest Card, which is a card with an electronic strip. It looks similar to a credit or debit card. A Guest will order their meal from a station and then hand a Team Member their Guest Card. The Team Member will swipe the card, hand the card back to the Guest, type in the Guest’s order and hit send. The Guest can use the card at as many stations as they choose. After a Guest finishes eating, they will hand their Guest Card to the cashier. From the card, the cashier will bring up the Guest’s total bill. If a guest loses their card, simply ask them what they had to eat and look their order up in the POS system. From there, you will be able to close them out.
